Need new key windows 8.1 pro wmc for activation with phone. But says again the instalation id is not verified.

I try disable sound driver and calling again. Phone activation system says the installation id is not verified. I upgrade with windows anytime upgrade windows 8.1 to 8.1 pro with media center. Windows 8.1 Pro With Media Center Activation Apr 12, 2014
